POSITION TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
REPORTS TO: PRESIDENT/CEO
POSITION SUMMARY: Assisting the President/CEO in all areas of office management, excellent accounting knowledge, good organizational and communication skills, keeping of all employee files, assists all students with their general information, knowledge of accessible equipment for the blind is helpful, but can be trained.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a 2-year degree and/or comparable experience in Accounting and Administrative Management, QuickBooks, proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel. This is not a remote position. Due to the nature of the duties, this is a full-time, in office position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist CEO with appointments and scheduling.
- All entries into QuickBooks.
- All banking needs.
- Payroll.
- Maintaining and filing all records for FCB.
- Prepare financials reports.
- All incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assisting all volunteers, and helping with client pick-up and drop off schedule.
- Backup to the receptionist with answering the phone.
- General office needs to all employees.
- Assist with programming as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Florida Driver’s License with proof of insurance
Level Two background check with clean driving record
Pre-employment drug test.
Eligible to work in the United States
Compensation: Negotiable. Salary is extremely competitive and will depend on experience and qualifications.
