FULL-TIME Applicants Only - On-Site Position

We are looking for a Transaction Coordinator/Office Assistant for our real estate office. We are looking for a long-term-minded professional with a record of solid job history and performance. Florida Life Real Estate Group, LLC offers benefits on top of a competitive salary that is above industry standards. This position is FT and in person.

Compensation: $50,000 plus salary plus benefits BOE

Compensation:

$50,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Some tasks required for this position include:


  • Type 50 WPM
    in a MAC environment with the trackpad
  • Manage the real estate process from contract to close
  • Manage CRM and Transaction Management Systems
  • Manage communication with home buyers, home sellers, agents & vendors
  • Coordinate with contractors, insurance vendors, lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
  • Manage all administrative functions and needs of a real estate office
  • Interface with all staff and agents and provide assistance as needed
  • Lead from a team player mentality

Qualifications:

  • Prior Real Estate experience is a must
  • Must be able to secure a Florida Real Estate License within 90 days of employment if you don't already have one
  • Must be an extremely detail-oriented person who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Career-focused who will continually go above and beyond to help clients, staff, and agents
  • Must be comfortable with deadlines and documentation
  • Must have a positive attitude of excellence that is conveyed to clients
  • Strong spelling and grammatical skills are a must in this position
  • Strong computer skills are a must
