Experienced Medical Marketing Representative Needed. Self-motivated, positive, customer service and sales driven personality required with strong organizational skills.
Florida Pain Medicine, a multidisciplinary interventional spine and pain management practice, is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated marketer to join our healthcare team. The marketer will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with our referral base. The relationship building and selling skills are essential to the success of the marketer. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and have a passion for helping others. Schedule is Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays and travel to other offices may be required. Salary commensurate with education and experience. Full benefit package including medical benefits and 401K. Experience using EClinicalWorks and being a bilingual speaker are a plus but not required.
Primary responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive plans for creating relationships with prospects for new referral sources through in-field office visits. Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing referral sources. Keep records of referral information and process accounts as appropriate using ERM and spreadsheet systems. Keep referrals informed about new products and services. Participate in events related to the company as assigned by the executive team. Responsible for weekly activity reports, monthly territory, and expense reports for marketing. Work closely and communicate with the executive team regularly and other duties as assigned by executive team. Educate referral sources and the local community about interventional pain management options. Plans, implements, and monitors ongoing marketing and communications programs in support of the mission, values, goals, and objectives of the medical practice as set forth by the executive team. Works on the planning and development of patient recruiting events and patient retention in a variety of settings and methods. Works with executive team as needed in supporting business growth and patient retention efforts including being readily available to answer referral source phone calls with quick response to inquiries. Performs updates to the web site and works with the executive team to develop social media content and provides day-to-day support of all social media accounts and strategy. Coordinates and participates in events hosted by medical practice to recruit patients, promote the medical practice to the community, and celebrate the patients who are members of the practice. Develops and maintains detailed reports of analytical results that track trends of different marketing and communications efforts in areas assigned and presents them to medical director and medical team in weekly meetings. Helps with photography as needed and any marketing activity as needed. Proficiency in Canva or similar for creating signs and marketing materials is a plus.
Qualifications
Self Motivated, independent worker who is able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment as well as part of a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Must also be able to work with the executive team in order to identify opportunities for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have previous marketing experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields or interventional or chronic pain management or spine or orthopedic setting. Time and territory management skills required. Familiarity with local marketplace highly preferred. Must be goal-oriented and strive for personal success and motivated by friendly competition.
