Director of Marketing

Now, we’re seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team! This role calls for a dynamic and results-driven leader, who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that effectively communicate our brand's value proposition, drive lead generation, and ultimately contribute to our company's growth. This role requires a combination of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.

The ideal candidate will be an Excel wizard, possess certifications in Google Ads, have extensive experience with Facebook Ads, and be adept at leveraging analytics and data analysis to inform decision-making for all facets of marketing.

Core Responsibilities and Focus:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities and products.
• Lead generation and management: Develop innovative strategies to attract and retain customers, enhancing our lead generation process and improving conversion rates.
• Manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance and ROI.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and marketing analytics.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Foster a culture of creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns that differentiate our brand in the market.
• Design and execute A/B testing for campaigns and digital initiatives to optimize results.
• Perform comprehensive market and competitor research to inform strategy and positioning.
• Implement source attribution models to accurately track the performance of various marketing channels and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Google Ads Certification required.
• Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and developing effective social media strategies.
• Expertise in Excel and marketing analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and devise innovative marketing strategies.
• Experience in A/B Testing, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
