Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lease agreements and property management
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with MLS systems is preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Office Word and Excel
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and dedicated to systems
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at FloroStone Realty. The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing real estate transactions, including administrative assistance, lease agreements, property management, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work closely with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Previous real estate experience required, with familiarity in NJ contracts.
- Create timelines and follow up with individuals to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Serve as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers throughout the real estate sales process, effectively managing administrative tasks related to closing sales.
- Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contact through closing.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide reminders, updates, and guidance through each stage of the closing process.
- Coordinate the closing date, time, and location, and notify all parties involved.
- Prepare commission statements for our listings and verify commissions on the ALTA/CD before closing.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude and exhibit a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
