Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various internal departments, including sales, engineering, and production, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Manage the production schedule to optimize efficiency and meet customer delivery requirements.
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders for necessary raw materials, components and supplies.
- Monitor supplier performance and proactively address any delays or issues that may impact production timelines.
- Work closely with the production team to prioritize orders, allocate resources and ensure on-time deliver.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, production schedules and supplier interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order entry and productions coordination.
- Manage RMA WO’s and coordinate with the shop and accounting.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Assist with ISO 9002:2015
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in order entry, productions coordination, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills to ensure accuracy in order processing.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of supply chain and production process is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
