Data Analyst, Enterprise Analytics

Your responsibilities:

• Account Analysis: Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and conduct deep dives to respond to client data requests and increase the efficiency of our Client Success team. Enhance the analytics provided to our customers, including existing campaign performance and industry marketing insights.
• Business Intelligence: Track client success metrics to identify growth opportunities. Provide key performance metrics on accounts to the leadership team concerning account performance, opportunities/risks, and product performance.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, create data sets to meet client data needs, and collaborate with data engineers on data platform improvements.

What we’re looking for:

• Expert in SQL required (Snowflake preferred)
• 2 years of experience in analytics (e.g., Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Intelligence), ideally at a tech or media company
• Experience using data visualization tools, especially Looker
• Experience identifying/solving business problems through data analysis
• Knowledge of the media industry and performance advertising (conversions, pixels, conversion APIs)
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

This is an in-office role based out of Flowcode HQ in Soho NYC.

A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. The current range for this role is $100K - $130K  equity. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
