What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Tech I position at Flower One?
We are seeking candidates to help in our Cannabis cultivation facility with the following tasks:
· Watering Plants
· Placing Emitters
· Cleaning the cultivation areas
The position is full-time and pays $13.75 an hour. After three months with the company, you will qualify for health insurance. You will also accrue 1 week of PTO.
You will be required to obtain your Agent Card prior to starting. We will reimburse you for the cost of your agent card and fingerprints (approximately $215) after 90-days of employment.
The company does not conduct any drug or background check however, you will go through a background check with the state when you apply for your agent card.
