International Program Coordinator - Japan
The International Program Coordinator for Japan will have robust personal sales (both B2B and B2C), maintain and grow an existing client list, create promotions and marketing strategies, maintain and build relationships with FLS clients, lead the search for and development of new markets, counsel and support Japanese students in the United States, and coordinate marketing and promotional materials for Japan. This position also supports the Admissions office by processing applications on an as-needed basis. This position will be based at our location at Citrus College, in Glendora, CA.
Job Details:
Candidates for the International Program Coordinator position should possess at least two years of administrative or marketing experience, preferably in an EFL/ESL, education or travel environment.
The candidate must possess bi-lingual fluency in Japanese and English, strong verbal abilities and computer skills.
The position includes international and domestic travel, so willingness to travel is a must. Cross-cultural sensitivity and a customer-service orientation are required. International work experience is a plus.
The candidate must be able to work well under pressure and prioritize duties.
Compensation includes medical insurance, paid company holidays, and paid vacations.
