As a Customer Service Representative on our Pekin team, you will leverage a global support structure and supply chain across 6 continents to deliver critical parts and services to cement and mining customers. We are on the front lines of ensuring site up time and sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities
- Respond quickly to customer requests
- Deliver our product in full and on time
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Drive improvement and efficiency
- Prepare and present parts quotations and orders upon request from outside sales and/or external customers.
- Responsible for quote and order status communication to customer and outside sales force.
- Prepare and communicate information to load new parts into the system.
- Load and maintain customer information and ship to addresses into CRM system.
- Responsible to exhibit customer service excellence during all interactions.
- Responsible to support distributors and outside sales force.
- Provide product information using parts manuals, basic mechanical knowledge and other references.
- Systems knowledge and the ability to locate needed information.
