ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute our medical products promptly to our customers. You will represent FLUENT in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering a wide variety of medical products to different addresses and through different routes.
- Primary focus pulls, packs, loads, unloads and delivers medications, supplies and essential equipment
- Following delivery driving routes and time schedules
- Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating the delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients ‘complains
- Collect payments
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete logs and reports
- Tracking inventory and production data through various Work in Progress (WIP) stages to finished products and by-products.
- Assigning and printing batching records, labels, and manifests.
- Maintaining quality control and compliance to company SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and WI (Work Instructions) and following all state, federal guidelines and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Participating individually and in small teams for general production duties, such as labeling, auditing, reporting, moving product physically, and other general duties around production as they relate to efficiency and throughput.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
- Valid driver’s license for the state of Texas
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
- High school degree
Skills/Interests:
- Must be a multitasker, with the ability to work on several requests simultaneously without losing focus
- Organization and initiative, good communications skills, proactive, problem-solving, time management, discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes
- Ability to build good relationships. There will be frequent contact with internal and external people, either face to face or by telephone or email
- Teamwork- collaborating with others to improve overall standards of work and service
