Responsibilities:
Accomplish company goals through Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement in a safe and effective work environment within the guidelines of company policies.
- Oversee daily operations of manufacturing, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Assist with managing and training staff members, providing guidance and support
- Monitor production and quality, ensuring adherence to standards
- Handle associate issues and requests in a professional and timely manner within guidelines of company policy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of the manufacturing process
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of management principles and practices
- Extrusion rubber manufacturing experience is a plus
