What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Processing Specialist position at Fluke?
We have an exceptional opportunity for an Order Processor to join our team in American Fork, UT. Order Processors perform routine and sophisticated work related to the in and out processing of test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment, as well as, communicating with customers and performing data entry. The ideal candidate pays close attention to detail and understands the importance of receiving service items and shipping product out in the timely manner. The work environment is fast-paced, high-energy and professionally rewarding.
Key responsibilities:
Process incoming/outgoing service units
Cross-check the packing slip vs what is delivered for accuracy and processing the shipment using Oracle and other in-house WMS software.
Cross-check the work order before outprocessing the shipment
Updating customers on delivery dates
Answer customer questions and requests through CRM
Qualifications:
Completes tasks diligently and with minimal direction
Proficient in digital literacy such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Proficient with English communication
All around team-player
Superior organization skills
Must have excellent customer service skills
High School Diploma is required
Required Skills/Experience:
Some Shipping/Receiving experience required
Capable of learning the Oracle software system used to receive material and process shipments
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Desired Skills/Experience:
1 years of Shipping/Receiving experience in a manufacturing company
Prior experience with Oracle
