The Position: Position General Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including product vision, and working closely with development, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This position will also be responsible for working across the organization to help drive and develop market/customer insight and satisfaction and promote overall adoption, revenue, and profitability for the products. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the overall strategy of FLVS. Essential Position Functions: Define and communicate the overall product strategy and roadmap Calculate return on investment (ROI) for product offerings and the impact on student success and conduct analysis of product success Develop the strategic direction of product lines, with a projection of vision and markets Lead ongoing market research efforts to understand and articulate market conditions and opportunities to define product direction in response to market and competitive needs Deliver required documentation, including prioritized features and justification, ensuring that products lead the market in innovation and performance Work with internal teams to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities with third parties Collaborates with internal teams to develop the core positioning, key benefits, and go-to-market strategy for the product.
