Established in 2018, Fly E-bike is a rapid growing company that specifies at the sales of e-motors, e-bikes and e-scooters. Our niche market is predominantly food delivery workers who need to get around the city without any delays, but we also provide solutions for people who want to commute in an eco-friendly way.

We currently have over forty physical stores located all over the world, mostly located in the tri-state areas, but we also have stores located in South America and soon to be in Europe as well.

In the future, we plan to expand our businesses to three-wheel and even four-wheel vehicles so as to provide more smart urban transportation solutions.

Daily Responsibilities日常职责:

• Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features

• Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries.

• Following and achieving department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

• Actively seeking out customers in stores.

• Teaming up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

• Complying with inventory control procedures.

• Suggesting ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

• Recording cash flows in financial systems.

• Answering store phones and respond to voicemails and store email account as needed.

• Reporting to supervisors every week, and reporting to office every month.

• Performing other duties as reasonably required or assigned.

• 販売サービス：製品の販売と販売記録の保管。

• 店舗管理アシスタント：従業員のスケジュール管理、勤務スケジュール、設備メンテナンス、在庫管理、棚陳列など、店舗の管理等々全般。

• 在庫管理の支援: 在庫を管理し、新しい商品を発注し、製品の適切な供給を確保し、過剰な在庫残高を回避します。

• カスタマー サービス: 優れたカスタマー サービス エクスペリエンスを保証し、顧客の質問に答え、長期的な顧客関係を構築します。

• 店舗のメンテナンス：店舗環境が清潔で整頓され、機器が適切に稼働し、快適なショッピング体験を提供できるようにします。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
