The Human Resources Staffing Administrator is responsible for supporting the overall Human Resources function at the unit level. The position will primarily support the unit HR staff and HR initiatives in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and daily administrative tasks.

The Human Resources Staffing Administrator is responsible for supporting the overall Human Resources function at the unit level. The position will primarily support the unit HR staff and HR initiatives in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and daily administrative tasks.
Essential Functions
- Administrator Function
- Manages the administrative functions of the human resources department including providing administrative support to the unit HR team (e.g., maintaining department files, faxing, copying, answering phone calls, Emails, processing mail, and preparing correspondence)
- Manages the maintenance of human resources records and documentation including creating and distributing human resources procedures.
- Assist with monthly employee engagement functions, preparation of communication pieces and presentations for distribution before, during, and after each event.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
- Staffing Function
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Develop and pursue new initiatives to expand the reach of the unit’ recruiting efforts through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Devise and implement a method for applicant tracking including all materials used for recruitment, interview notes, reference notes, internal transfer forms, and other related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sr. HR Manager to create and maintain a bank of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sr. HR Manager to create and implement end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a positive experience utilizing social media.
- Building relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations. This includes identifying staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with all department levels.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sr. HR Manager to monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire that will impact the decision-making process.
- Maintain the weekly open staffing report via SharePoint.
- Compliance
- Ensures federal and state compliance for I-9 and E-Verify.
- Serves as primary signatory for applicant airport badge applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate’ degree in human resources management, or similar.
- At least 2 years of relevant human resources experience.
- Experience demonstrating an ability to develop, implement and administer new processes and project deliverables.
- Exempt and Non-exempt recruitment experience required.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. ADP Workforce knowledge a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint).
- Bilingual - English, and Spanish required.
