What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Flynn Abell Nixon LLC?
Our firm is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join our team for tax season. Individual must be positive, have good written and oral communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Job duties include, but are not limited to scheduling appointments, answering the phone and scanning and assembling tax returns. Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
