The role provides support to the Management and Supervisory team at FOLV on P&C related areas, as well as overseeing the maintenance and management of the HRIS system (ADP) at FOLV.

Work Environment:
This role is based in Las Vegas, NV, and legal ability to work in the United States is required. This salary for this position is $50k-60k USD annually depending on experience and expertise, a full breakdown of benefits and perks will be provided during the interview process.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the People and Culture Generalist oversees the employee life cycle, Standard Operating Procedures, strategy and implementation at FlyOver Las Vegas (“FOLV”). The role provides support to the Management and Supervisory team at FOLV on P&C related areas, as well as overseeing the maintenance and management of the HRIS system (ADP) at FOLV.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes in all areas of employee life cycle including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding training, rewards and recognition, performance management, and termination.
- Participate in the development of strategies and action plans that ensure P&C is able to help build and grow the business. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across FlyOvers.
- Be the face of People & Culture. Champion the culture at FlyOver, driving engagement with the Core Values.
- Host bi-weekly P&C meetings to allow discussion of P&C related areas, and act as a trusted advisor and collaborator with the management team.
- Assist the Management team in identifying key development opportunities at all levels and implementing opportunities for professional development. Ensure new staff is trained in timely manner and effectively.
- Advise and support Management on sensitive P&C cases and performance management of staff at all levels.
- Oversee recruitment strategies to generate high volume of quality candidates. Manage hiring process of staff at multiple levels. Interview candidates at all levels as a trusted partner to the Hiring Manager. Deliver welcome orientations and complete the onboarding.
- Oversee the execution of rewards and recognition program including seasonal team events, awards, team member of the month, social committee and other. Create new initiatives to drive team engagement and motivation.
- Process and administer bi-weekly payroll procedures, supporting the Management team where needed. Key contact person for troubleshooting payroll issues. Administer team benefits including benefit enrollment, updating profiles, monthly audits and other application tasks.
- Be the owner of Human Resources Management System (ADP Workforce) at FlyOver Las Vegas
- Build and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of the role.
- Organize and upkeep employee personnel files.

- 2 years of experience in a People and Culture role.
- Knowledgeable of Nevada Labor Law and vacation policies.
- Experience supporting the creation and delivery of a strong internal culture.
- Experience in effectively administering key employee life cycle tasks, e.g.: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, reward and recognition, and terminations.
- Detail orientated and willing to go above and beyond to problem solve challenging issues.
- Experience managing the subtlety of communication at the most senior level, with a specific skill set of diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
- Extremely collaborative, and entrepreneurial individual with a strong desire to develop their career in People & Culture.
- Experience building relationships and working on teams across all levels of an organization, particularly with senior business leaders, line executives and other high- level professionals, and being able to interact effectively with decision-makers to drive speed and performance within the organization.
