Flypaper is currently seeking a highly motivated Digital Sales LEADER to sell our products while leading our team of sales and support personnel in Central and Southern Arkansas. This highly compensated position requires experience and finesse with selling a wide range of digital marketing solutions included but not limited to Website Design / SEO, SEM, Display Ads, and Social Media Ads while also being able to find leads, make cold calls, set appointments and close sales.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of digital sales experience preferably in the SMB market space, and have a proven track record of successfully leading a sales and support team. The DSL will be responsible for achieving a personal sales objective while also directing a Multi-Media team to ensure that their new business development, fulfillment, retention, and new product sales objectives are also achieved. The DSL must possess the highest product, prospecting and value proposition knowledge, will sell our solutions to prospective clients as well as lead and develop the team to do the same at the highest performance levels, will work extensively with the team to assess market conditions and to develop the team’s prospecting and sales skills, and will recommend and supervise specific actions by the team to achieve Flypaper growth in the markets.

Candidates must show proficiency and knowledge in the areas of website design, SEO, SEM, display ads, YouTube ads & Facebook / Instagram ads. They must exhibit a positive and optimistic attitude, be team oriented, be able to balance the duties and responsibilities of both selling solutions to client and also training and developing their team to do the same. Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements in these areas will not be considered for employment at Flypaper

Digital Sales Leader Responsibilities

· The DSL must be able to present and explain a broad array of digital products to prospective clients through strong personal knowledge of those products.

· Must possess a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, well organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients and prospects by phone and in person.

· Must be able to make persuasive presentations of our products to prospects and clients as well as train their team and the MM team to do the same.

· Must exhibit a high level of skill in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point along with possessing strongorganization and communication skills.

· The ideal candidate must be a performance-oriented leader with an ability to motivate and manage self as well as a team to achieve all goals assigned.

· Must be able to analyze market conditions, identify opportunities, develop solutions, and to focus assets on achieving the team’s goals.

· Develops a business environment that motivates and maintains a high level of employee performance and morale.

· Hold team members accountable for all administrative as well as performance-related KPIs and acts quickly to improve their performance of the team if issues arise

· Conducts cold calling and prospecting daily to secure meetings and then thoroughly prepares prior to each meeting to ensure the greatest chance of closing sales

· Researches client’s business, competition, marketing strategy & products/services

· Updates CRM system on prospect/client intelligence and manages accurate pipeline
tracking and reporting for self and the team.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

· To ensure that all billing is kept current and that all clients are charged and pay their Flypaper bills in a timely fashion within the guidelines set by our billing department.

· To personally deal with clients who are unhappy or “at risk” of canceling as needed to resolve all issues and to ask for help from others when needed.

· To complete all administrative tasks assigned and to work to achieve mastery of all agency products and processes while motivating the team to do the same.

· To assist in hiring and training new employees within the DSLs team and territory.

· To develop a sound working relationship with all Multi-Media (MM) teams

· To provide ongoing product and sales training to their Agency and MM teams

· To organize and run a weekly Team Meeting as well as one-on-one meetings with each member of their sales team

· To conduct personal and individual field training with their team members with a focus on:

  • Prospecting through the phone, networking and face to face contacts
  • Preparing for and conducting sales calls, presenting solutions and closing business
  • Managing their Pipeline of prospective clients and contacts

o Closing sales and achieving sales goals in both customer counts and revenue

o Creating a positive team environment through personal example as well as strong leadership

Communication Expectations

· All phone calls, texts and emails internally and from clients are to be responded to and handled on the “same day” (and certainly within 24 hours) then noted in HubSpot.

· As texting becomes more relevant in business/client focused settings, it is imperative that we keep records of client communication through either screenshots or detailed notes about what was discussed through texts and then notated and captured in HubSpot

· All internal and external communication will be professional, tactful and optimistic, and all team members are expected to maintain a positive environment in the work place.

Minimum Education Qualifications
Four-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, a related field or have special experience and qualifications.

Transportation

· Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Driver's License.

· Driving record must meet the requirements set in the "Personal Vehicles Used for

Company Business" policy.

· Must provide own immediate and dependable transportation

· Must supply the company with a "Certificate of Insurance" listing company name as “Interested Party.”

Physical Requirements

· Lifting up to 50 pounds at a time

· Sitting up to 8 hours per day

· Ability to execute tasks on a computer

Environmental Requirements

· Position is routinely exposed to loud noises.

· Position is routinely exposed to bright lights and/or glare (VDT)

Administrative Information

This position reports to a Flypaper Agency Manager or Director of Sales
