We are looking for a Director to lead our People Experience function. Our focus for People Experience is to build and lead programs in a hybrid working environment that are principled and intentional, driven by data and aligned with our growing and dynamic business. Our programs offer simple, straightforward solutions with a Crew Member first mindset and they are scalable across teams and borders, designed to flex and grow with FLYR.
The People Experience org helps people grow their careers, creates a learning environment and increases their impact at FLYR (and beyond). The role reports to the VP of People, Talent and Workplace and is based in San Francisco.
