Job Description
The Opportunity:
Flywire is seeking a results-driven product marketer to bring our go-to-market and product strategy within the growing Travel and B2B verticals to the next level. If you are a hands-on, customer-focused marketer with a growth mindset, then read on!
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with and report to the Senior Director of Marketing and engage with cross-functional teams to shape our market understanding and establish compelling positioning for Flywire. Your expertise will be critical in driving the success of Flywire’s market leadership in Travel & B2B.
Your core focus areas will include:
Create powerful positioning & messaging - You’ll refine our product positioning and Ideal Client Profiles, and develop compelling messaging and strategies for key personas. You’ll then launch and enable these strategies with stakeholders to drive widespread adoption.
Drive high impact product launches - You’ll identify game-changing product updates in collaboration with the product team. As the pivotal link between product, marketing, sales, and channel, you will orchestrate launches by creating engaging packaging, persuasive messaging, and effective collateral. You will amplify product awareness, distribution, and adoption to maximize results.
Empower internal teams - You’ll create and maintain a suite of impactful sales and client success materials that showcase our key user insights, competitive intelligence, and persuasive messaging. From pitch decks and interactive product demos to informative data sheets, webinars, and a captivating online presence on flywire.com, you will enable our teams to excel.
Uncover market opportunities - You’ll immerse yourself in our industries and segments and conduct comprehensive market research to become the go-to expert. You’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our offerings, client personas, competitors, and partners through primary and secondary research to educate and enable our Go-To-Market team on market requirements, emerging trends, and competitor capabilities.
Qualifications
Here's What We're Looking For:
- A customer obsession: You’re dedicated to understanding customer needs, unraveling their challenges, and creating innovative solutions that drive their success
- Product marketing passion: You demonstrate ownership of all things product marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution
- A proven track record: Over 5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within fintech, payments, technology, or platform solutions
- A team player and collaborator: Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to achieve team success
- Exceptional communication skills: A natural talent for crafting compelling narratives, combined with hands-on experience in content creation, such as persuasive decks, captivating demos, informative data sheets, and engaging emails.
- Launch excellence: A track record of managing successful product launches, skillfully orchestrating efforts across product management, customer success, and sales teams.
