Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in training and development of new office staff
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
