No Travel$5k Sign-on bonus!1.5x Pay for Overtime!3 days off in a row every other week!

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule. (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off etc)12 hour days. Day shift 6am-6pm

We are actively looking for a Controls Technician to join the team. This role will be based onsite at the manufacturing plant and won't require any travel!

Position will involve:

• Perform installation, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of test and assembly equipment.
• Continuous Improvement of automation processes and equipment utilization, OEE, and downtime reduction
• Installation and Programming of Equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on all Test and Assembly Equipment
• Coordinate with suppliers on necessary outside repairs and new equipment needs
• Troubleshoots and repairs electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives and test equipment.
• Advises operators and technicians of operation procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic equipment and components.
• Informs appropriate management of potential electrical problems and inherent dangers involved.

Must have:

• 2 years of experience troubleshooting, operating, & implementing automated equipment & robots
• Basic knowledge of PLCs
