QA Lab Administrator
SUMMARY:
Quality Assurance team needs an energetic individual that can handle data from many sources while ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Primary Purpose:
The QA Lab Administrator will perform as a data specialist in a self-directed position supporting the Quality Department and Quality Director to maintain compliance of the Enterprise quality initiatives and QMS system.
Job Description:
- Collects, monitors, and analyzes data from all facilities for correctness.
- Develops monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as it relates to data and outcome measure performance, KPI's and metrics.
- Works with facilities to monitor required data is being documented and entered correctly.
- Trains team members enterprise-wide on properly reporting the required data.
- Responsible for performing lab inventory checks weekly.
- Responsible for entering Enterprise NCR's into the NCR log and work with overseas vendors on rework reimbursements.
- Creates monthly NCR for nonconforming parts found online.
- Help with scheduling and prioritizing work for the department.
- Update vendor report cards based on incoming inspection data.
- Create SOP, work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain Rework Tracking tables.
- Various projects as assigned.
- Provides comprehensive reports that identifies trends and themes, areas for improvement, and works with programs to develop and address action plans to achieve greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to present yourself in an exceptional professional manner and represent the Quality Assurance department with pride.
- Typing 60 wpm.
- Strong 10-key performance.
- Bilingual and able to translate documents.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MS Excel macros and visual basic.
- Must have strong MS Excel skills and demonstrate knowledge in creating visual graphs, large datasets, pivot tables, and be able to manipulate big data and other related office tasks.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of MS Access.
- Knowledge of database creation and maintenance.
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED required. A degree or other training/certifications are a plus.
