Position – Human Resources Training and Development Specialist

Location: Torrance, CA

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess training needs within a company.
  • Conduct annual training and development programs and objectives.
  • Obtain and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Plan, organize, facilitate for employee development and training procedures.
  • Set up a company wise training program and train for new hires and employees.
  • Audit and assessing learning and development needs.
  • Monitor organizational performance improvements.
  • Coordinate and assign training across the organization.
  • Provide guidance on the organizations training.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a HR Specialist or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Korean/English bilingual
  • Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure
  • Ability to multi-task

The base pay range for this role is between $75,000 ~ $85,000/Year, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
