We are seeking a experienced Co-Music Manager to join Focus Music Group. As a Co-Music Manager, providing creative direction, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing marketing and promotional activities

Duties:

- communicate with the artist and main manager - Develop and implement strategies to promote and market artists

- Collaborate with artists to create and execute effective marketing plans

- Coordinate and manage artist bookings, tours, and performances

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with artists, record labels, and other industry professionals

- Provide guidance and support to artists in their career development

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new music releases, and emerging artists

- Attend industry events, conferences, and showcases to network and discover new talent

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $10.34 - $11.37 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week
