As an employee for Focus Services you will assist with customer's questions and concerns over the telephone. Our employees are responsible for updating customer's accounts and processing orders as well as generating additional sales by exploring available offers on every account.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 or older
Type 25 WPM
Pass a Background & Drug test
Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens
Good numerical and analytical skills
Skill to communicate effectively with customers
Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
