Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for Pick/Pack Warehouse Positions in Junction City, KS.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Load and unload trucks with incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate mechanical equipment such as order pickers, RF scanners, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks
- Package products for shipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and stock checks
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred, but will train
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment
