This position is 10 months, with the option of extension, and is in Augusta, Maine.

Description of Duties: Facilitates the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review,
design and/or implement products and services to provide a strong IAM
and IAM proofing program that balances access with compliance and
confidentiality.
? Identifies and evaluates complex business and technology risks, internal
controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control
improvement.
? Identifies the broader impact of current decisions related to user access,
data access and information security. Envisions business outcomes and
facilitates alignment within the organization.
? Aligns IAM processes across the organization, and develops and
documents standards for organizational use.
? Participates in IAM and Identity Proofing selection process(s), evaluates
existing and emerging technologies and tools in the selection of an IAM
service and proofing service offering.
Required Skill Set/Skill Level/Experience:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
? Understands business and information technology management
processes and demonstrates advanced understanding of business
processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related
standards.
? Deep knowledge of relevant industry standards, and verifiable
competence in the various facets of IAM, such as Authentication
Management, Authorization Management, User Management, and
Directory Services. Actual past implementation experience of comparable
scale will be granted preference.
? Experience with enterprise architecture and working as part of a
cross-functional team to implement solutions.
Experience designing and implementing a CIAM strategy to include
personas for Constituents, Businesses and Non-Profits
? Fosters an understanding of the need for and application of the IAM
system, and facilitates decision making with the business users.
? Builds and nurtures positive working relationships with business units.
? Identifies opportunities to improve engagement with the business units.
