FogHill Inc. is a full-service facility maintenance company based in Washington, D.C. Since 2014, we have assisted diverse clients throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area with an array of services including: janitorial management, facility maintenance and property management.

We specialize in commercial cleaning and provide extensive services, ranging from daily cleaning, carpet and hard surface floor care and plumbing repairs. Focusing solely on commercial facilities, we manage large and small office buildings, government facilities, apartment and condo high rise buildings, medical offices and surgery centers, schools and day care centers. Job

Summary

Foghill is looking for a Front Desk Concierge to greet tenants, staff and visitors as they walk into the building. You will also be responsible for other administrative duties, such as answering phones and emails, filing and scanning important documents, managing the meeting room and conference room schedule and scheduling and documenting calendar events for members of the office.

Our ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and excellent organization. You also need to be proficient with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Front Desk Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • Answer phone calls and emails from clients
  • Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
  • File important documents and keep them well organized
  • Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running

Front Desk Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational abilities
  • Data entry skills
  • Values collaboration and great working with people and teams
  • Possesses critical thinking skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
