Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (Ability to be based out of Kansas City, MO. or Wichita, KS.)

As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in steering the Company's financial landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the financial periodic forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan analysis, executive-level sales/operations reporting, and special projects. This role serves as the analytical engine of the company, providing crucial insights to support optimal business decision-making.

Key Duties:

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to establish short- and long-term financial targets.
• Prepare and present analyses of financial results, offering financial consulting and strategic support to senior management for critical business decisions.
• Act as a key member of the Finance Team, contributing to the development of forecasts, financial modeling, ad hoc reporting, and serving as a liaison between the Finance team and business leaders.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of budget and forecast commitments.
• Assist the CFO in preparing periodic management and Board review materials on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Travel may be required for training and/or to assist at other locations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5 years of prior financial analysis, budgetary, or accounting experience.
• Highly organized with high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data and reports, developing clear and concise visuals to effectively communicate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively presenting to senior-level management.
• Working knowledge and experience with GAAP Accounting, building budgets, financial models, and financial information systems.
• Ability to motivate and manage employees.
• A valid driver's license is required.

• Extensive financial analysis, budgetary, or accounting experience.
• Demonstrated innovative strategic thinking aimed at identifying and addressing disruption.
