Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Client Success Manager will be vital to our company’s strategic plan. They will be responsible for creating exceptional professional relationships with active and potential clients while seeking opportunities to improve and expand virtual healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal oriented professional with demonstrated account management and sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or virtual healthcare environment.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while actively engaged in professional networks.
- Identify opportunities to expand Virtual Care solutions with core clients.
- Exceed revenue and profitability goals with large, targeted, strategic opportunities.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities.
- Negotiating and closing client solutions, as well as handling complaints or objections.
- Preparing and delivering presentations on Fonemed Virtual Care Solutions.
- Meeting with potential clients, determining their needs, and assuring solutions and contracts meet those needs and are deliverable by Clinical Operations.
- Collecting and analyzing information and preparing data and sales reports.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Travelling to and attending trade shows, events, and client/prospective client meetings when appropriate.
- Other related duties as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, sales, or a related discipline; equivalencies will be considered.
- Experience working in client success, account management, sales, or relevant role, preferably within a clinical/healthcare environment.
- Experience in telehealth and/or virtual healthcare is considered an asset.
- Proven track record of account management and sales success.
- Passion to win, is a self-starter, and has a sense of urgency to achieve results.
- Ability to build and maintain and continuously improve professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
