POSITION OVERVIEW
The VIP Registration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in curating exceptional experiences for VIP patrons. Attention to detail, organizational finesse, and an intuitive understanding of guest preferences are instrumental in enhancing VIP programs and exceeding guest expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, managing their registration process from arrival to departure
- Greet VIP guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive
- Coordinate VIP guest itineraries, including room assignments, dining reservations, entertainment bookings, and any other personalized services requested
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as concierge, front desk, and guest services, to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for VIP guests
- Prioritize and manage VIP guest requests and preferences, maintaining accurate records to ensure consistent and personalized service for future visits
- Anticipate the needs of VIP guests, proactively suggesting activities, services, and amenities that align with their interests and preferences
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for VIP guests, ensuring efficient and smooth transitions
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the casino resort's offerings, including entertainment, dining, spa services, and other amenities, in order to provide informed recommendations to VIP guests
- Handle VIP guest concerns and feedback professionally and promptly, working to resolve issues and exceed their expectations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to VIP guests
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on the casino's services, policies, and offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute personalized promotions and packages for VIP guests
- Prepare reports and analyses related to VIP guest preferences, trends, and feedback
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a customer-centric role, with a distinct advantage given to those with a background in upscale hotels, refined casinos, or luxury hospitality environments
- Proficiency in organizational finesse, managing multiple tasks with elegance and precision
- Exemplary communication abilities encompassing written and verbal aptitude.
- A heightened sense of discretion and a knack for handling sensitive information with the utmost care
- Familiarity with reservation systems and the intricacies of guest management
- Creative problem-solving flair, particularly in the fast-paced casino and resort setting
- A meticulous eye for detail, translating into faultless interactions and transactions
- A positive attitude, contributing seamlessly within a team-oriented milieu
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
