POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for controlling all incoming and outgoing traffic and products in the Receiving and Warehouse areas. The position is responsible for receiving, storing, ordering, issuing, and distribution of all materials to all Fontainebleau Las Vegas departments in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Perform all receiving processes in line with productivity and accuracy requirements
- Sort, process, and distribute incoming shipments from a variety of vendors and delivery companies
- Responsible for accurately verifying the appropriate materials, the quantity of items, and the quality of product from vendors and delivery companies
- Perform all warehouse order fulfillment responsibilities – including, but not limited to, accurately pulling of product and quantities, the process of palletizing materials, and the delivery of orders to the requesting department
- Process all tasks associated with warehouse stock management – including, but not limited to, the restocking, proper rotations of goods, and evaluation of current expiration dates of materials stocked in the inventory
- Examine warehouse inventory products for damage and/or spoilage, while reporting any concerns to Warehouse Management
- Utilization of the warehouse management system to preform duties associated with receiving, ordering, and pulling of product
- Safely operate all company equipment
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all internal and external customers
- Assist with good housekeeping and overall upkeep of the Warehouse
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two (2) years’ experience in a Food & Beverage warehouse preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Possess attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Must be customer service oriented with good communication skills
- Must be able to get along with co-Members and work as a team
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must possess sound business judgment, a high degree of personal motivation, and a very strong work ethic
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
The position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
