POSITION OVERVIEW
The Revenue Management Analyst will assist their leadership team with driving total profitability throughout the resort by determining the right customer and mix of business for the property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Continually seek improvement in revenue management practices in all areas of the business throughout the property
- Ensure a strategic mix of business and pricing strategies for each product based on market demand to maximize profitability, while enhancing the customer journey
- Assist and collaborate in developing business and marketing plans
- Provide front-line analytical and project-based support for Revenue Managers and Directors
- Work with the Revenue Management Manager to create, maintain, and distribute various reports to evaluate current market conditions, pace and pickup, group business, special events/holidays, along with any other data that may be available
- Assist the Revenue Management Manager with creating the property RM forecast analysis reports, and ad-hoc analysis, and build new data models as needed focusing on areas of innovation designed to improve revenue generation
- Utilize year-over-year and short-term trend data to forecast business levels by segment
- Analyze and monitor all groups to assure their room blocks are properly maintained
- Continuous research and studies of the market to understand growth opportunities and weaknesses, in efforts to maximize profitability
- Assist in building out packages and promotions within the Company’s lodging management system
- Assist with rate plan and package maintenance, rate uploads, and troubleshooting any rate/room availability issues
- Assist with updating offers through all channels of business, including the brand.com website, to reflect business levels and demand
- Assist with managing various reporting of availability, rates, and inventory for all channels
- Assures all bookings from all channels are being properly downloaded into the PMS
- Tracking and communication of demand from these channels to necessary departments
- Maintain an effective and productive working relationship with all departments
- Constantly serve as a role model and leader for all Members
- Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, hospitality, or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years of revenue analyst experience, preferably in the gaming-hospitality industry
- Previous experience in a large, luxury resort preferred
- Experience with other Hotel and Administration systems including but not limited to Revenue Management systems, Delphi, GuestRev, GroupRev, etc., preferred
- Basic understanding of revenue management, marketing, and distribution channels
- Ability to produce high-quality work products, with consistency, accuracy, and completeness
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings from quantitative data to a general audience
- Basic understanding of best profit-producing practices and industry trends
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Basic understanding of hospitality management programs and systems
- Ability to actively influence and drive collaboration with individuals or groups at various levels within and outside of the organization
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high-quality service levels
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

SALARY
$60000 per hour - $73000 per hour
