Hourly Rate: $20.00
Hours: 2am 10:30am
Responsibilities:
- Greet drivers as they return from trips, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review paperwork including trip logs, delivery receipts, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Enter information into company databases accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to address any discrepancies or issues with documentation and aid as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate check-in processes and resolve any operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of driver check-ins, including any incidents or discrepancies.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to check-in procedures, documentation, or communication.
- Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected during check-in.
Qualification Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary.
- Ability to drive CDL trucks preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess good communication skills with co-workers and external customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and procedures preferred
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Must adhere to the attendance and punctuality policy.
- Follows all safety requirements and policies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
