Food For The Poor, one of the largest international relief and development organizations in the nation, does much more than feed millions of the hungry poor primarily in 17 countries of the Caribbean and Latin America. This interdenominational Christian ministry provides emergency relief assistance, clean water, medicines, educational materials, homes, support for orphans and the aged, skills training and micro-enterprise development assistance. The Partneships Manager supports the goals of Food For The Poor by procuring, developing relations, and working with partners that implement and/or support projects and programs for relief, rehabilitation, and development in the countries we serve. Supports internal teams, as necessary, by working towards the successful implementation of projects.
The Partneships Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing, and reporting on partner initiatives, forecasting strategic changes, and reporting on key metrics. Performs In-depth analysis to create detailed partner and country profiles. Produces reports as requested by the Director of Partnerships, compiles status reports and performs quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance of reports. Develops and oversees processes and protocols; directly manages team performing operational activities. Develops methods or tools to assist teams in reaching their goal . Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Partnerships.

- Bilingual English and Spanish required

- Must be willing to spend 40 percent of their year traveling across and out of the country.

Education and Experience:
Minimum a 4-year college degree on related field required; Minimum 10 years of managing partnerships, client development or related experience.
