- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficient in cash handling and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of technical sales is an advantage
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
