Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Create and manage budgets, including expense control and revenue forecasting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in training and development of staff
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team
