Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production process, including operating machinery and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
