Food Lion is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide fast, easy, and friendly service to customers
• Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions

• Assist customers with finding products and answering questions
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
