In this role, reporting to the District Operations Manager, you'll lead and manage all aspects of the branch to drive growth and achieve company objectives. You'll oversee production costs, revenue, and growth targets, directing a team of 25 route drivers to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing operating plans, maintaining production and inventory records, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. With a focus on financial acumen and a knack for effective communication and negotiation, you'll drive sales and profitability while fostering a positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is preferred), along with 3 years of supervisory management experience in a distribution environment, preferably in food and beverage delivery and sales. You'll have a proven track record of effectively leading and developing teams, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers.

Salary: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year – 15% target bonus and excellent benefits.
