What they’re looking for:
•Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(ARRT). Mammography and Ultrasound experience would be a plus.
•Bachelors Degree required. 
•At least 5 years experience required with leadership skills.
Hours and compensation potential:
• The position is full-time day shift.
• The range is between for $82K-$100K depending on experience.
• Full benefits package offered as well.
What you’ll be doing:
•Responsible for management and supervision of diagnostic radiology, support staff and special imaging areas including Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography & MRI.  
•Participates in management of base site (and off-site locations as assigned), overseeing daily operations.  
•Assures regulatory & accreditation standards are met on an ongoing basis. Assures quality control and quality assurance programs are maintained.
•Participates in evaluation of equipment needs, recommending replacement and/or upgrades as appropriate.
•Ensures charge master is updated as needed to reflect current services, coding and billing standards to maximize reimbursement.
•Works with staff to assures regulatory & accreditation standards are met on an ongoing basis (American College of Radiology, Ohio Department of Health, FDA-MQSA, etc).
•Assists in development and monitoring of operational, FTE and capital budgets. 
•Participates in interviewing/selecting/orienting and other employee developmental activities.

•Will work alongside 2 peer Imaging Managers. This manager is primarily over Ultrasound(around 60 FTE's) for both campuses.
