What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform laboratory testing and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and accurate results.
- Collect specimens using various techniques and adhere to regulatory standards including OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and operate/maintain laboratory instruments.
- Maintain quality control measures, keep accurate records, and report results efficiently.
- Work closely with the Laboratory Director, Pathologists, and Technologists to provide exceptional patient care.
About You:
- Associate's (MLT) or Bachelor's (MT, MLS) degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- ASCP Certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to excellence in laboratory testing and patient care.
