Exciting RN Opportunities:
- Up to $20,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external RN hires.

Shift Details:
- Various shifts and schedules available, including bonus eligibility.
- 20 to 36 hours per week, with a variety of day, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Employ Nursing Professional Practice: Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Advocate: Promote ethical and holistic care, respecting the autonomy, dignity, and rights of those we serve.
- Facilitate Learning: Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Align with Safety and Quality: Be accountable for safety, integrate evidence and best practices into nursing care.
- Engage in Professional Development: Practice within legal parameters, promoting a culture of inquiry and ongoing professional development.
- Lead in the Practice Setting & Community: Coordinate care and collaborate with others as equal members of the inter-professional care team.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at the time of hire.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in the area of specialty.
