The Executive Chef Consultant is a true Team Player… working with their colleagues to reach the company’s vision, values, goals and objectives! They accept the responsibility to reach the mutually set objectives and understands the need to be accountable for their performance results. Must be able to take ownership; be resourceful; embrace change and challenge; be sales and service-driven; adaptable; results-oriented; analytical; and take initiative! This person owns the geography and the sales results for the defined territory. Candidates must live in Texas, United States. The head office is located in Milton, Ontario.
What You Will Do
- Plan and implement strategy to achieve territory sales and profit targets
- Identify, open and develop new end user client relationships
- Drive sales in our leading brands portfolio with emphasis on driving volume and profit
- Support, setup, and attend trade shows as required
- Work with Marketing and Customer Service Team to maintain pricing, discounts, programs and trade deals
- Track and prepare Sales contracts and respond to RFPs
- Use Salesforce to document sales activity and sales funnel opportunities
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Must be a certified and trained Chef with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Has a strong passion for helping people and forging relationships
- Able to prioritize and follow up
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient user of Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to travel to factories as required for training
- A valid Texas Food Handler’s Card required
