Day In The Life
- Direct the portioning team on the line, run the shift, and relay expectations
- Manage, train, and coach staff to establish standards
- Create staff schedules and approve timecards for payroll
- Collaborate with other kitchen departments to meet production goals
- Adhere to food safety and quality guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Pay: DOE $15-$20 per hour, starting
Experience
- Management or Supervisor: 1 years (Preferred)
- License/Certification: SNHD Food Handlers Card (Required)
