Job Description
The FoodStory Project Manager will drive FoodStory Brands growth by increasing productivity and efficiency. The candidate will demonstrate FoodStory Brands core values and develop strong relationships both internally and externally. The candidate will understand the “big picture” of FoodStory Brands and their role in supporting program sell-in to delivering smooth product launches. The candidate will be passionate about introducing efficiencies and being diligently organized, meeting all deadlines, reducing errors, and working autonomously to move products through the system to the supply chain team.
Success Outcome #1
Drive increased revenue and expansion of FoodStory Brands by supporting the sell-in of programs.
- Inspire the trust of the sales team through preparation of effective buyer meetings, successful sales appointments, and presentations. Hold team members accountable for action items and follow ups.
- Organize all activities to ensure the team is adequately prepared to get to the authorization stage.
- Establish confidence and productivity that is demonstrated through a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Success Outcome #2:
Launch Products and Programs in Accordance with Customer Protocols. Ensure a smooth product introduction to the retail shelf.
- Have a deep understanding of our customers and their differences to achieve exceptional customer service.
- Manage all stakeholders (cross-department, Customer, Supplier) to achieve perfect execution expressed in real dollars after authorization.
- Drive accountability in FSB timelines/checklists in to successfully build and launch customer programs.
- Deliver successful program launches from authorization, item set up, to delivery on shelf as reflected by accurate, timely execution, efficient use of time & resources, compliance to customer standards, and within budget.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner.
- Be well organized with project management skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy.
