Foot Solutions is a leading international retailer specializing in personalized assessments, stylish high performance footwear and custom-crafted arch supports.
We have openings for Sales Associate positions at our Woodway location. You must bring some skills or experience in the shoe industry with you.
-Experience in retail
-Must have strong selling skills
-Must have a positive attitude and great people skills
-Knowledge of health and wellness footwear and/or other health and wellness products would be a huge plus.

Summary of Position:
Assist the Store & Assistant Manager
- Provide excellent customer service to meet sales goals as set by the Company
- Assist in Store operations per Company policy
- Maintain Store appearance to attract customers
- Assist in organizing, receiving, and transferring merchandise
- Inventory Maintenance
- Opening and Closing
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills to properly relate to customers, staff, supervisors, and Corporate Office
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Good problem resolution experience
- Effective computer and POS register abilities
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to use a ladder to access the stock
- Must have the stamina to work up to 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule to accommodate retail hours 7 days per week
