Logistics Coordinator

Footprint is looking for a Logistics Coordinator Level III who will be able to analyze the production schedule to plan work of team members and assign workload to make sure the finished product is shipped in a timely manner while adhering to all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Logistics warehouse functions
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent; specific experience in transportation, shipping, receiving, inventory, and/or warehousing.
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word programs
• Self- motivated and superior problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs personnel in the daily Logistics warehouse functions
• Ensures that Footprint and various safety policies are understood and adhered to by all team members.
• Trains team members in correct operating procedures, safety, and quality policy procedures.
• Responsible for Cycle Count Program
• Performs and assists in other tasks, as directed by management.
• Responsible for adhering to and executing the applicable Environmental Health & Safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for all employees according to Footprint, local, state, and federal requirement regulations.
• Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels
• Coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers
• Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks
• Scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels
• Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups
• Administer and maintain inventory control program systems
• Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.
